In year 2000 there has been created a corporate Atlant-M Institute of Business Technologies and Project Management Forum OST (IBT) belonging to the Holding. The basis for the institute establishment was the model of corporate universities of famous Western transnational corporations.

Thus, there has been settled the uniform and continuous system of increasing professional skills of all employees starting from average executives to General Manager and Subdivision Heads.

Besides education of the Holding employees and specialists from other companies, 20-25 best graduates from universities annually get free-of-charge two-year education within the business courses of the institute and on completion are offered positions at Holding’s branches.

Every student has his own rating, as it is common to the leading foreign education systems, and the Holding educates only the best ones.
