VW service and original spare parts warranty
As official Volkswagen dealer we offer warranty maintenance for VW vehicles. Our modern diagnostic equipment and qualified staff allow us to detect the defects more accurately and to eliminate them by warranty.
An original VW spare parts warehouse with an inventory of 8000 items is available for complex vehicle servicing.
You may order any original part for 1949 production VW and Audi vehicles from the warehouse in Germany (270 000 articles of spare parts). All original VW spare parts mounted at our technical service station have a 1-year warranty. Qualified managers will help you choose the necessary part through the plant program ETKA. With the after-warranty support aim plant defects detected after warranty term may be partly compensated.
Two-year vehicle warranty and extended paintwork and corrosion perforation warranty obligations are valid under condition of technical servicing and count from the day of vehicle sale.
Note: natural wear as well as damages caused by irregular technical servicing, overloading and prohibited changes made to car design shall not be covered by warranty.
